The IG Wealth Management Referral Program (the "program") is available from March 17, 2025
For the purposes of this program, the following definitions apply:
1. “IG” is the abbreviation for IG Wealth Management
2. "Client" means an existing IG Wealth Management or IG Private Wealth Management client who refers a friend or family member under the program. Clients must be current residents of Canada to participate.
2. "Friend or family member" means people a client has a close personal or family relationship with and who the client is in regular contact with.
3. "Referee" means a person who does not currently have any active investments with IG Wealth Management or IG Private Wealth Management and who has been referred by the client under the program. Referees must be current residents of Canada to participate.
Eligibility:
Clients will receive an invitation to participate in the program in one of two ways:
1) Direct invitation by email from IG. The invitation will contain a URL to self-register to participate in the referral program
2) Clients can request to participate in the referral program and be registered by their IG Advisor. Upon registration, the client will receive an email with their unique URL to start referring others.

The client and referee must be the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. The referral program is limited to current residents of Canada only.

Referee reward conditions:
A $100 digital gift card reward (the "reward") will be given to both the client and the referee provided all conditions set out in these terms and conditions are met.
For both the client and referee to earn the reward, the referee must, within 60 days of their invitation to participate being sent, complete the following actions ("all actions"):
1. Schedule and attend a meeting with an IG Wealth Advisor
2. Provide the Advisor with the offer code assigned to them on the invitation to participate email they received from IG.
Upon successfully completing all actions, both the client and the referee will each be sent a reward redemption email with a unique code and instructions on how to redeem their respective rewards.
The client and referee will have 30 days from the date of their reward redemption email to enter the unique code found within to redeem their reward by visiting the reward redemption website at the unique link provided in their email. After 30 days, this unique code will expire and will no longer be accessible. Once the client and referee redeem their reward on the redemption website, they’ll receive another email within approximately five business days with a downloadable version of their selected reward. The reward must be downloaded within 30 days or the reward will expire. Once downloaded, digital gift card rewards do not expire.
Clients may refer up to 20 friends or family members, however, rewards will only be paid to the referrer for up to 10 successful referrals (that is, up to a maximum of $1,000 in rewards).
Referees must complete all actions within 60 days of their invitation to participate.
Limitations:
A referee's assigned offer code is unique to them, is not transferable and may not be sold or distributed. Once the referee's unique code has been validated by the IG Advisor, it can't be reversed or cancelled. Each referee may only use the offer code once.
Referees may only receive one offer code regardless of the number of referrers that may have referred them. If a referee has already received a offer code from another referrer, the referrer will not be eligible for a reward.
IG Wealth Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this program for any person it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness or integrity of the program or otherwise becomes ineligible. Rewards earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these terms and conditions will be null and void, and repayment may be requested by IG Wealth Management.
By accepting this program, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any notice offered by us with respect to this program is deemed to be provided on the day it is posted on our website.
